A program that will further the applicant's education or training, including but not limited to university, college or technical school; General Equivalency Degree (GED); English as a Second Language (ESL) program; and courses providing the applicant with additional knowledge or expertise in a chosen field or career path, including technical and skilled work. Only qualified accredited institutions will be eligible for scholarship funds.
Scholarship grants must be used for tuition and related expenses (i.e., tuition, fees, books, supplies, and equipment required for courses at the educational institution) and the recipient will be required to provide a written report to the Committee about their activities and use of funds annually. |
